"Returned to Grafa after nearly a decade, and now I remember why I stopped coming. The food plating looks amazing, but the actual taste is incredibly mediocre and feels dated. The only decent items were the basic iced lemon tea and a watery mushroom soup. The rest was highly disappointing. For RM30, the lasagna is a letdown—no crispy crust edges, barely any bechamel, and topped with mediocre, frozen-tasting meatballs. Even the prawns in the noodle dish tasted straight out of a freezer bag, completely lacking any natural sweetness. To make matters worse, my brother and I literally saw a rat running around the restaurant while we were there. We were both totally grossed out and worried about the hygiene. Great atmosphere, but between the subpar kitchen quality and the pest issue, this place is a hard pass."

"We arrived early at 1pm and they had just opened at 12 i think so there was this musty smell perhaps frm the aircond as we entered the cafe. The cafe is very simple, alot of black color n fairly clean. The food were good we had nasi balado ayam, nasi balado beef, nasi goreng tomyam and lastly their baked seafood penne pasta was really yummy accordg to my son. Cheesy white sauce is his favorite anyway. Younger kids might wanto try this dish if u come here."

"Please prepare especially for the peak lunch hours. You guys should be ready before the cafe opens. We placed our order at 12:25 PM, and at 1:17 PM, we still hadn’t received our food. The food tastes quite good, but the serving time is honestly way too long. Please improve the preparation and serving time, especially during lunch hours."

"The quality of food is really low. We ordered masala tea, and it’s a Teh Tarik with cinnamon. I ordered sandwich and it’s a toast bread, that has very spicy sauces inside. It’s like fast food. Other dishes are too much oily fried and have a lot of gravy ( almost a soup). I won’t come back here."

"Come here multiple times still wanting to repeat again next time. The food is so good"
